Based on the mythology and hieroglyphics of Ancient Egypt (Kemet), Kemetic Yoga renews mind, body, and soul through controlled deep breathing and geometrically progressive postures. Rooted in the YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga, this ancient medicine is grounded in African-Egyptian mythology. 

 

On̄i is certified in Hatha Yoga (E-RYT 200), Kemetic Yoga (CKYT 200), and is a Curvy Yoga certified teacher. She is also a Reiki Master.
