Tanya is a Black cisgender woman and a Detroit native. As a first-generation college graduate, she earned a Master of Science in Community Psychology from Florida A&M University and is a licensed master’s level psychologist in the state of Michigan. She works with individuals who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, or just needed a place to navigate their next steps in life. Her methods can range from practical solution-focused techniques, exploring the unconscious contents of your psyche, or examining your history and how it affects you today. Tanya aspires to create a collaborative safe space that promotes healing and integrative wellness.
