Reyhan earned both her Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Master of Social Work (MSW) degrees from the University of Michigan. Her professional background includes multiple roles at the University of Michigan’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC), where she gained extensive experience supporting diverse and underrepresented communities, providing sexual harassment prevention education, and advocating for individuals impacted by sexual, gender-based, and interpersonal violence. She also clerked at the Family Division of the Washtenaw County Trial Court, deepening her understanding of the systemic and relational power dynamics that affect marginalized identities and families.

In addition to individual and couples therapy, she is experienced in facilitating groups.

Reyhan’s therapeutic approach integrates Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is dedicated to providing client-centered, empowering care, working collaboratively with her clients to help them move toward their goals. Her practice is informed by trauma-informed, accessibility-focused, and intersectional frameworks.

Fluent in Farsi, English, and Arabic, Reyhan brings cultural and linguistic awareness to her work with clients from varied backgrounds. Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, cooking, watching movies and shows, and spending time with friends.
