Hey there, Sunflower! I’m Lynne Smith, LICSW-S (she/her), a real-talk, affirming therapist based in Atlanta, GA, licensed to provide care in GA, TN, MI, and AL. I bring nearly a decade of experience & my own neurodivergence into the therapy space to support folx navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and the beautifully messy layers of being human.
I specialize in working with Black, queer, neurodivergent, kink- and poly-affirming clients, especially those exploring alternative lifestyles and power exchange dynamics (D/s, O/s, M/s). Whether through telehealth sessions or teaching at lifestyle conferences, my work lives where mental health and BDSM/Kink meet.
If you're holding it all together on the outside but unraveling inside, questioning who you are, or just need a space where nothing feels like “too much” then, I got chuu!
My style? Casual, collaborative, person-centered, and strengthbased. I blend evidence-based tools with humor, lived experience, and grounding presence. I’m not the nod-and-smile type of therapist, so expect practical tools, honest conversation, and a safe space to show up automatically.
I also support folx drawn to submission as a healing path and offer consults for therapists and caregivers supporting those in these dynamics.
