Ghida LLMSW (She/Her) is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who believes in
the intrinsic worth of every individual. As a first-generation Lebanese immigrant, she
brings a deep understanding of the complexities that come with identity, belonging, and
navigating the challenges of life within multiple cultures. Ghida’s approach is rooted in
anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed principles, with a strong focus on
creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and
empowered.

Ghida’s therapeutic style is a balance of deep exploration and practical strategies. She
works collaboratively with her clients, offering a combination of processing and
tools—such as worksheets, infographics, and in-session exercises—to help clients gain
insights and build coping strategies. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, interpersonal
struggles, boundary setting, and life transitions, and tailors her approach to suit each
individual’s unique needs and goals.

Ghida integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems
(IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nervous
system regulation techniques. She is particularly passionate about supporting
individuals in their journey toward healing by addressing the body’s role in emotional
experiences, fostering resilience, and restoring balance.

With a Master’s in Social Work, Ghida is a Limited Licensed Social Worker under the
supervision of a Licensed Master’s Social Worker. In her work, she is committed to
supporting individuals in navigating relationship conflicts, building self-worth, and
processing trauma.

Ghida is a therapist who believes in the power of genuine connection. She shows up in
each session as a real, compassionate human. She believes that healing comes from
being seen, heard, and validated. Ghida brings curiosity, and a non-judgmental attitude
to her work, always meeting clients where they are at.

Taking the first step toward healing can feel daunting, but Ghida is here to walk
alongside you. She believes in the power of collaboration, self-compassion, and the
ability to rewrite your own story. Together, you’ll explore what works for you, address the
