Group counseling is an amazing opportunity to get support from others while working through similar concerns. It is also an opportunity to learn skills that improve your ability to connect with others in a meaningful way. Typically groups have between 8-10 members and meet weekly for 90 minutes. Ground rules including confidentiality and respect for others are agreed to by all participants. Group counseling is one of the most powerful and meaningful approaches to self improvement and empowerment!
