Ashley (he/him/his) works primarily with adolescents and college students and is passionate about empowering clients to recognize their full potential. As a Black man, Ashley is committed to a practice that names and recognizes oppressive systems while working with clients in strengths-based talk therapy. He employs motivational interviewing, empowerment frameworks, and mindfulness to help clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and motivation.
Ashley is a limited licensed social worker and a college advisor. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in American Studies focused on race and work, and he takes pride in bringing a critical lens to his practice. He graduated from the University of Michigan School of Social Work with a focus in African-Centered Social work.
